Day 1

Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport and Transfer to Arusha

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you will be warmly welcomed by your professional safari guide from M&M Sawa Safaris. After a brief introduction, you will be transferred by private vehicle to your luxury hotel in Arusha, a drive of approximately 55 kilometers, taking 1 to 1.5 hours depending on traffic.

Arusha is nestled at the foothills of Mount Meru and serves as the main hub for Tanzania’s northern safari circuit. After checking in, you will have time to relax and recover from your journey.
